For 15 years Broxwood Court has been part of the Wolsey Lodges consortium, a collection of wonderfully individual homes where the warmth of the welcome and the quality of the hospitality makes them unique. Mike and Anne look forward to welcoming you to their very special home in what is now recognised as the UK's most beautiful and unspoilt rural area.

The House

• Built in 1952 - 54 using stone from the old manor house which was demolished in 1951. An elegant and extremely comfortable home with stunning views of the Black Mountains and surrounding parkland and arboretum.
• Polished floors and rugs, antiques and family portraits everywhere, light and airy.
• Drawing room with amazing views and very comfortable furniture.
• Cosy library/TV room with a roaring log fire when the cold evenings set in.
• Elegant dining room, watched over by long since departed ancestors.
• Beautifully decorated bedrooms, fully equipped and all with individually controlled air-conditioning.
• Bathrooms have power showers as well as baths.

Dining

• Dinner is not always available; prior booking essential.
• When available it is more akin to a dinner party particulary when several guests are staying as we do not have separate tables.
• Anne, who trained at the Cordon Bleu School in Paris, uses only the best local produce and our own organic vegetables and fruit when in season.
• There is an extensive wine list and Broxwood Court holds a residential drinks license. For guests wishing to bring their own wine, a £10 corkage charge may be applied.

Smoking - There is no smoking anywhere in the home

Dogs - are welcome but are not able to come into the house and must be on a lead in the grounds because of the peacocks.

All the well appointed en-suite bedrooms have stunning views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.	The rose garden and heated pool are set in the landscaped gardens for guests to enjoy.

• Bed & Breakfast: from £80 - £100 per room for two persons sharing
• Single Occupancy: £15
• Dinner: £30.00 per person. For a three course dinner followed by cheese, coffee and chocolates
