The Coach
House - Luxury Self-catering
| Entering Broxwood Court between the two Wellingtonia trees and up the main drive, you will see The Coach House on your left, with parking for at least six cars. Originally the grooms quarters, stables and coach house, the building has been both skillfully and sympathetically restored, as well as being superbly furnished. All the rooms have lovely views over the ancient parkland with its majestic oak and beech trees. There is a private garden and patio at the front of the house and the small green summer house contains a table, chairs and a large gas bar-b-que. |

- A large, fully fitted kitchen which wants for nothing; there is even an immaculate stack of logs at the back door.
- The drawing room has ample quality furniture, plus the usual Sky TV/VHS/hi-fi, books, video's CD's and games. It has a cheerful, log burning stove.
- The bedrooms; two doubles (one with two space saver beds) and a twin all have luxury en-suite bathrooms which include a seperate power shower cabinet. Two bedrooms each have portable TV/VHS.
- Heating and hot water is by an oil fired pressurised heating system which provides ample hot water exceptionally quickly.
- Included in the rental are logs, electricity, BBQ gas, bed linen, towels, soap, laundry and kitchen cleaning/washing materials and tea towels. There is also a carry cot and a high chair.
